Wow! These guys were awesome, my Bronco got backed into and damage was right rear passenger door. Took it in to shop Roberto right away acknowledged us , took pics and even saw damage that we didnt even see. Explained everything clearly of what the process was gonna be with insurance, ordering parts etc. and told us he was going to do his best to get Bronco back to me in a week. Sure enough we have it back in a week and washed and detailed inside! Hurt to drive it home on our dirt road. Highly recommend, cant go wrong with these guys!

Living in a small town, a courteous, knowledgeable and professional business can be hard to find. Medina ticks all the boxes. An actual printed estimate (final bill was below the estimate even) courteous, friendly, scheduled an appt, kept the appointment and had the car back to us the same day. They even gave it a car wash!!! A very refreshing experience. They have my business from now on!

We would give a 5+ star rating if we could. Hit an animal coming back from OR and it did damage… Ford recommended Medina Auto Group. We called and they got us right in and assured us that they could get it fixed up perfectly. Just got our car today and it looks brand new! So happy with all they did! Would highly recommend!
